The Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) issued the recall notice.

The affected product, Trader Joe’s Steamed Chicken Soup Dumplings, was manufactured on December 7, 2023. A total of 6,871 cases of these dumplings were distributed to Trader Joe’s retail locations nationwide. The incident is under investigation, and Schwan’s Company, the owner of CJ Foods, assured the public that corrective measures are being taken to prevent a recurrence.
